Chess Board - remix and scale up fix

I appreciate and am thankful to the original design by bjared. I love his version of a chess board because of the interlocking nature and ability to scale up BIG.

And, I scaled this model up and ran into a problem with the interlocking tabs disconnecting. The print process, printed the tabs razor sharp alongside the main piece but separate. I believe possibly by scaling up this happened, or my newbie slicer skill set, but regardless, tabs consistently fell off or not connected at all. Tabs di
