Filament Spool Holders

I have a Replicator with 2 heads. The stock filament spool holders bugged me. Hard to get the spool off of the holder, the two spools stuck out different amounts, and the holders came off of the machine when I tried to get the spools off.

Here's my attempt at fixing those problems.
