Allows for easier removal of magazine baseplates on Glock magazines

I have printed it in both PETG and PLA "silk" with good results. It has cavities inside to allow 3mm stainless steel (or carbon fiber, or anything you want really) rod for structural integrity. the 2 long ones that run along the bottom at 3mmX100mm, and require a pause in the print @ 5.8mm.
