I couldn't find a bag clip with all the criteria, so I designed one:

1. Minimal Material (~1.5m per clip)
2. Fast to Print (as short as 30 minutes on an entry level printer)
3. "Strong" (shape optimized to minimize breakages with Autodesk Inventor stress testing)
4. It has to keep the bag shut.

The clip in the picture is 9 cm long.
