CR-10 Ender x carriage cable management

I test a lot of bed leveling inductive sensors, and it is always a pain to use wire tie or anything else. Finally, I made my own design to make PLA flexiable enough to keep cables and tube together, and easy enough for me to snap the cable in and out anytime when I need it.
