Peso from the Octonauts. I hadn't realized there was another on here when I made this. He stands well in spite of his large head, and he'll need to be scaled if you want him to fit in with the official octonauts toys. He could use the octonauts symbol on his hat, so if anyone wants to remix him, feel free.
