The Agronn's X-Top flight simulation panel is an awesome device for all simulator pilots. The only problem with it is that both backlit "Power" and "Light" buttons are way too bright. Normally people put a piece of black tape onto the buttons to block the light coming from the front. I have a better solution - 3D printed stencils for both POWER and LIGHT buttons. Attach them to the panel's buttons with thin transparent 2-sided sticky tape. Happy flying!
