This is a simple plug / grommet that plugs the hole left by a 7/8" drill bit, while encasing the Nest camera cord.
Background:
The Nest outdoor camera has a USB connector to supply it with power. This requires you to drill a fairly large hole (7/8") into your outside wall to pass the USB plug through. This then leaves a large unsightly gap.
This plug encases the Nest camera power cord and fills the hole left by the drill bit.
