Extruder for #6-32 nuts and bolts

This is a remix of the very popular Greg's Wade-style extruder designed by jonaskuehling, and has been modified to accept the 5/16" (8mm) wrench-size used for most #6 nuts.
I semi-recently built a 3D printer out of SAE hardware, but the #6 nuts that I was using didn't fit in the M3 nut traps that my extruder had.
