Housing for a power/watt meter.
I purchased mine locally from Jaycar in Australia - Powertech 6.5-100V 100A DC Power Meter (QP-2321).
Designed to fit an e-bike that I'm making which has 25 mm diameter handlebars at the neck.
I can easily upload more versions for different handle bar sizes on request.

The 2 clamps are fastened with 4mm x 25mm screws with 4 x 4mm (7mm hex) nuts held captive.

There's a built-in cable channel to route the wires out the back.
