Caddx Turtle V2 Pan Tilt

This is a pan/tilt mechanism I made up for the Caddx Turtle V2. Here's a video detailing the assembly and all that good stuff. ;)

Parts are all rotated in correct orientation for printing. Print with a 0.4mm extrusion width so the thin walled-standoffs get printed properly.
