High air flow Ender 3 fan cover/guard

I was looking for a better fan cover for the Ender 3 and found the design of #k19k19.
Very clever to use a screw to fix the cover.
However all designs I could find restrict the airflow too much.
You can hear that clearly by the noise the fan makes at full speed.

I created a much higher and less restrictive design with enough protection for my needs.
The screw needs some optimization I have to say, but for the moment it holds alright.
