Part orientation is critical! Place part standing up with the side arm facing the bed so the layers are horizontal with the arm (for maximum strength).

I printed this with a 0.6 nozzle at 0.3 layer height and 100% infill. These are the best settings I've found to be the strongest.

I have tried this part in ABS and ABS+, both worked ok but I had best results with Inland Carbon Fiber which is nylon based.

There will be some clean up needed with a Dremel so the bearings fit tight but no
