Toy Climbing Robot Gear

A friend asked for help in repairing or replacing a stripped gear for his grandson's favorite toy -- a little robot. I wasn't sure that anything could be done since it is only 14mm in diameter and has 26 teeth on the main gear and an attached smaller gear with 10 teeth. I printed this using nylon filament with a 0.2mm nozzle. Modelling it in Fusion 360 was pretty easy with the gear plugin that does all the math for you with just a few parameters. It isn't perfect but it very closely matches the
