Bigger Front Wheel for Fiskars StaySharp Max Reel Mower

This is a from scratch bigger front wheel for the Fiskars Stay Sharp Max 18" Reel Mower. It requires 2 sealed skateboard bearings (608 ZZ). It uses the original bolt and nut from the existing wheel. The new spacers are needed to make sure the wheel doesn't bind up when you tighten the bolt. I decided to design this with ball bearings instead of just the metal slip bearing that the original design uses.
