Ender 3 Case for MKS Gen 1.4 board

The MKS Gen 1.4 board is much longer than the stock Ender 3 board, hence won't fit in the stock enclosure. This enclosure sticks out the front a bit, but has the standoffs located properly to attach the MKS board, It re-uses the stock cooling fan (which doesn't seem to work in the OEM case anyway) but has it on the front panel pointed down the line of the stepper drivers. No need for a protective cover over the vent.
