odriod c1/c1+ case with mounting flange

I had an Odroid C1 sitting around that I wanted to use for Octoprint, but didn't have a good way to mount it to the frame of my Ender 3, so I whipped this up. It's a little brittle in PLA, but it does the job... This version has no access holes for the GPIO because I'm not using it in this application.
