Civilization Card Holder (Avalon Hill)

Playing Avalon Hill's Civilization and then later Advanced Civilization, one thing my group always struggled with was the stacks of commodity/trade cards on the AST progress sheet. They would always slide around, the stacks became a mess and they were impossible to put cards on the bottom of.
