TableTop Walls and Doors new Elements

When playing pen&paper role games it everytime was difficult to show where walls and doors are ... so beside stairways for table top walls and doors was the next THING to be designed ;-)
Added named elements, passages, windows and more ... should be now quit complete for TableTop Gamers ...
