This is a tiny washer for the motor screws. If you switch to the inductrix BL frame you need to raise your motors or props or get new props that don't hit the frame. This helps raise the motors 1-1.2mm.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the screws. If you do, the tpu washers will compress and widen, and then the circlip will hit, preventing the motor from spinning freely.

I find it easier to hold the tiny washer in the frame, screw the motor screws in through the washers, then mount the motors.
