Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini dock

BloodBlight had a nice design for the full sized S4 dock, but my wife had the mini version of this phone. I modified it for the mini. This also incorporates the USB adapter from EricW (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:155449) and is included on a single build plate. There is now an integrated stop for the USB adapter holder to keep it at the proper location.
