This are the 3 components for creating a mounting kit for a Pi's Hat. After lots of tests, I achieved to make something that is screwable. It is working for me, at 0.06 layer height (minimum for my printer), and 100% infill, printed with PLA (other material could make it even more robust).
All the parts are customised from "NUT JOB | Nut, Bolt, Washer and Threaded Rod Factory by mike_mattala", so they can easily be modified.
My spacer size was 16 mm, and the parameters are:
BOLT
----
type = bolt
head_type = socket
drive_type = phillips
head_diameter = 6
head_height = 3
drive_diameter = 4
slot_width = 0.8
slot_depth = 0
texture = exclude
thread_outer_diameter = 2.2
thread_step = 0.6
step_shape_degrees = 45
thread_length = 6
countersink = 1
**non_thread_length = 16**
non_thread_diameter = 2
nut_type = normal
nut_diameter = 5
nut_height = 16
nut_thread_outer_diameter = 3
nut_thread_step = 0.3
nut_step_shape_degrees = 45
wing_ratio = 0
inner_diameter = 8
