Toilet Paper Roll Holder designed specifically for the fixture at my house. Square mounts are 14.5mm x 14.5mm. Male part will fit inside female part with 1 mm clearance. This design should be easy to replicate if 1 mm of clearance is too much or square mounts do not fit your fixture.
