Vacuume powered turbine for 608 bearings with 1" hose adapter

Added threading to the outside of the bottom housing to attach an adapter for a 1" vacuum hose. Just need to press-fit two 608 bearings in each housing piece, use the spacers between the bearings and the rotors and use a 8mm rod as an axle.

Update 1:
Added spacers to keep the rotors the right distance away from the bearings and stator.

Update 2:
Changed the rotor to rotor spacer to be slightly smaller to avoid compressing the bearings.
