LCD housing for AZSMZ mini diplay (12864 LCD)

LCD housing to be used with AZSMZ mini dedicated LCD. AZSMZ mini is probably the only 32-bit board that actually fits the base of this printer (Lerdge-X may be another). The housing is much smaller (narrower) than the original display used in Phineas 3DP.
The housing was actually redrawn from scratch.

Main changes:
1. Bottom added to protect the display. Two holes in the bottom are included to be able to screw the LCD on :).
2. Reset button is designed "Prusa style".
