This is an X-Axis mount for an original E3D-V6 hot end with a direct drive E3D-Titan extruder.
This design moves the extruder up (closer) to the horizontal x-axis rails which gives about 23mm more Z height capability than the stock design. Unfortunately for those using a stock ANET A8, it also moves the nozzle about 23 mm further away from the rails. With that AM8 frame, this can easily be corrected by sliding the X-axis supports back so the full table can continue to be used.
