Webcam Mount for Monitor Stand

A simple webcam mount for my monitor stand. I have a monitor stand like [this](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018MSDG84), and I noticed that there is a bit of the vertical support tube that extend above the monitor arms. I designed this to fit snugly over that vertical tube. For my monitor stand, the center tube diameter is ~1.4" (35.5mm). The height of this part is ~8", which is a good amount for my 26" screens.
