40mm Fan Grill With Alignment Studs

Modified this 40mm fan grill to cover the heat break fan on the Ender 3 using the Hero Me part fan duct. The mod leaves the fan sitting out with no cover and I got tired of sticking my fingers in it whenever I do work on the X axis or hot end. My only modification was adding some studs on the back so that it holds the fan snug and properly aligned.

You will need at least 3x16mm screws to reach the threads as the stock screws will no longer reach.
