Ender 3 spool holder with quick release fastener for Ender3

I added 2 simple parts to the design of:

Wall-mount spool holder with quick release fastener by loco. Credits go to him.

to make it fit on Ender 3. The lever on the fastener needs to be mounted the other way round (like shown in original design).

Cone and quick release are copied from the original design.
