DuetWiFi & PanelDue Ultimaker UM2 Chassis Adapters & Mounts

I have been working on adapting DuetWiFi controller and PanelDue to Ultimaker 2 case. The idea behind this is to make mounting adapters so that you do not have to modify the Ultimaker 2 case.

Components:
- DuetWifi PCB mount adapter - (v2 has reinforcement for UM2 Power, USB & PS adapter)
- Controller Cooling Shroud - (2x 30x30 Cooling fans required)
- UM2 Power, USB, and Power Switch adapter interface (optional. Available via AliExpress)
- PanelDue electronics mount
- PanelDu
