Terralunar Impulsion Beam

This is the Terralunar Impulsion Beam (later called just the Impulsion Beam) from Sentinels of the Multiverse (copyright Greater Than Games). Baron Blade tried to use this to pull the moon into the earth, in an attempt to destroy the world. Fortunately the heroes stopped him.
