Slice with infill modifier - layers from 0~35mm use >=40% infill, upper layers do not need infill, but use at least 5 permimeters. Or use 30% infill for whole object.

Put some adhesive silicone or rubber stickers from the bottom.

UPDATE 2020:
Ikea Qi charger version added. You can add some coins as a weight for bettery stability.
You can also use legs (i.e. TPU)
