Creality optional extruder tension fix (Cr-10 / Ender / Cr-20)

I have seen a lot of people unhappy with the tension of the spring for the optional red extruder for the Cr10 - Cr20 - Ender. Some users stretch the spring, but I like this technique instead. Simply print the adapter, remove the spring, then choose whether you want to add 1, 1.5 or 2mm. Screw the chosen thickness onto the spring screw.
