IOIO with relay board

Work in progress.
To fit a IOIO board along with a twin relay board
Small screws from altronics (fill in later).
Added top captive nut supports; utilise M5 nuts and screws for lid. It should provide a hole suitable for tightening the screws securing the boards.
Note: consider changing to press-in threads, and use pressure clips to click in board on top of posts.
Added lid. The tab on the lid has not been trimmed at all; it will need to be measured according to the number of cable
