Ender 3 Side Spool Mount slide on, no nuts required remix

This is a remix of a remix of a remix combined with a remix with another....oh I don't know I've lost track. The purpose of this remix is:

1. I wanted a slide on side spool mount, just like what Chuck remixed (thing:3303879), but he remixed the 'higher' version of thing:2967567. I wanted the shortest version of 2967567
2. Since Chuck's design has been already remixed to remove the unnecessary holes, I used that thing as a base thing:3313179
3. I also wanted to eliminate the need for 2 nuts
