I remixed it a little bit to fit it on this Guy´s Diamond Hotend Mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3025330
Another thing that you will need if you are using that bed leveling Sensor is the Sensor Mount braket. You can find it here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3012269 there is also an "how to" for using Multicolor Hotend (but please note, the tutorial is not complete and also not that easy as it seems, so be careful)
