Whoop Gate for 1/2" Silver-line PVC

Loved the creation that Justdave made (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3323922) however I found the tolerances to be too tight for the PVC I was finding. Enlarged feet and pole mount holes to fit 1/2" Silver-line PVC with OD of 0.840". Left the 3/8" for the tubing alone which were a perfect fit for me.

I also used Weed Eater line to feed my EL wire through the hoops which worked well also.
