I've broken so many of these from dropping them and wanted a case that I can attach a lanyard too.

I heated the top two hexagons slightly and bent them inward after printing to create a bit of friction. You could also add a small piece of felt or tape on the inside to create extra friction to hold the vaporizer.

Successfully printed with no support at 0.25mm Layer height.
