Nespresso Vertuo Rotating Base

Rotating base for use with Nespresso Capsule Cartridges Holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2905185)

I print two of the holders and use them to bookend the capsules, then clip on this base. It requires a bearing 10mm diameter by 4mm deep with a 3mm centre hole. The bearing should extrude 1mm from the top part when inserted. The centre pin of the bottom part should just fit snugly into the bearing hole.
