I recommend printing with a skirt in Cura at 0.1 mm layer height. There are 3 versions of the test.

Version 1 should print as a single layer. It is similar to other level tests out there.

Version 2 prints as two layers.
- I found that sometimes layer one looked good, but layer two showed signs of the nozzle being too high. I felt that v2 helped me fine tune settings. Your mileage may vary.
