Taurus LCD cover and knob

I hacked up the Prusa LCD cover (R2 version) to complete the Taurus look. Purely cosmetic. I made a better knob though. Install just like stock parts.

BTW, I was shocked how un-ergonomic the stock lever-knob thing is after I swapped it out for a real knob. Enjoyment factor went up 10x. I would not have predicted that, even though, in hindsight, that thing was super fiddly and frustrating.
