Pan Lid Knob (M6 Threaded Remix)

This is a remix from [Pan Lid Knob by Struthers](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2835253 "Pan Lid Knob by Struthers").
I changed 4mm hole to M6 threaded hole, and recommend a use thread seal tape when tightening the screw.
