Prototype swappable hotend mounts for the V-King

A couple of prototype parts to demonstrate some ideas of how the Bowden Buddy concept could be extended to mount the hotends.

I haven't printed using either of these parts but I have printed and they fit.

The e3d-mount supports the stock fan mount.

The bmg-mount is designed for a left-handed version of the BMG extruder. It also still needs a custom bracket to mount the fan.
