Hop Skull Tap Handle

Added the 3/8 16 threads to the Skull Hop Beer Tap by botta07.


I printed this with a .6 mm nozzle at a resolution of .2 mm utilizing cura's adaptive layer setting. I find this does a good job of getting holes round and this threaded onto my tap perfectly.
