This is the CPT_Spekkie "AM8 Electronics Case with Dual mosfet" with the hole for the SD card. His case is the best for the Anet AM8 board. I recommend using with the lid without fan that CPT_Spekkie made. The board doesn't get hot enough to justify the noise that a fan would produce.
