Mob4us Mobius2 adaptor for Anycubic 4max and 2020 profile with integrated damping

this is an adaptor for the mobius2 extruder from the Voron-Project (https://github.com/mzbotreprap/VORON) adapting to the Anycubic 4Max

it fits to the original mounting holes from the filament sensor

you can use 1 of 2 options:

Version A

Print "mob4us-body" in TPU, push the Nuts in and mount everything
