1Kg Spool to CD Spindle guide

I bought a couple of 1Kg spools of filament, however they come from a large spool that does not fit on my Ormerod's holder. I made this simple little design that fits inside the spool, has a low friction base and fits over a CD Spindle.
I anchored the CD spindle to the desk, and placed the spool of filament on the guide. I have had no further problems with feeding the printer, and the shape of the guide and the arms provide a little springiness which causes the spool to remain centered and tur
