5/8 inch Venturi Siphon

I needed a version of this great design that could fit a 5/8 inch OD tube that I had so I reverse engineered the design and made my version.

While at it, I made some minor changes:
5/8 inch holes taper 1 degree as they go out from inside to outer surface to allow press fit of 5/8 inch tube.

I added the size of the tube in raised letters and the word "BLOW" on the blow side and "FLOW" on the primary liquid side.
