Nimble and Sidewinder V2 mount CR-10 type print heads

These parts can be used to mount a [Nimble V2](https://zesty.tech/products/the-nimble-v2) or a [Sidewinder V2](https://zesty.tech/products/the-nimble-sidewinder-v2) on a CR-10 type print head.

The Nimble or Sidewinder V2 mounts on the standard printhead, no need to change hot end or anything else. Simply unscrew the bowden connector, mount the block and use the screw to tighten it to the hot end. Then mount the Nimble or Sidewinder. We wrote a manual for the installation. You can find it [her
