I didnt like the options on the market so i printed my own...

you should be able to adjust the angle vie a string/zip-tie/rubberband and with it the tnesion and the movement, oyu need some 5x35 screws, some washers, nuts and ideally a barrel casing with 0,3mm of wall thickness. Furthermor some zip-ties to fix it to the bike.
